In 2014 I met my professional TPRS coach and had the opportunity to join a Training Summer Camp in Hawaii two years later.  It completely changed my teaching style. It meant a lot to me to observe and practice these skills with other teachers together. Since then, I have been polishing my skills through CI conferences and writing groups.

After receiving my bachelor's degree, I have taught computer and engineering courses for 10 years, and won the teaching award at the highest level of the college.In 2005, after professional training in Jinan University, I switched my teaching to Mandarin Chinese, and successively conducted face-to-face Mandarin course in Vancouver and Greater Toronto, Canada. After a period of interruption due to family reasons, online teaching of Chinese has been resumed since 2017.
