My teaching experience comes from an intuitive and deductive process of learning by doing. I like to bring this into my lessons, making you understand the language as a whole, instead of just memorising words and phrases.

I'm a qualified German teacher from Zürich, Switzerland. I have been teaching on italki since 2020 and have worked with students from all over the world. My students have a variety of goals – from improving conversational fluency and integrating into life in Zürich to preparing for exams. As a Züri City native, I offer lessons in both Standard German (Hochdeutsch) and Swiss German (Züritüütsch), the local Zürich dialect. Depending on your goals, we can focus on Hochdeutsch or dive into authentic Züritüütsch so you can speak like a local.
