Ich als Lehrerin. Me as a teacher: I am a professional and passionate teacher of modern languages such as German, English and Spanish. I am easy-going and patient, yet very disciplined. My aim is to get you speaking, listening, reading and writing from the very beginning. I completely understand the inherent difficulties of language acquisition and know, from experience, that learning a new language can be quite a challenge. I therefore tailor my classes to individual needs and aim for optimal effectiveness to reach the required goal of my students.

Goethe certificate in methodology and didactics: Trained teacher with over 8 years of experience I am very lucky because I love my profession. But passion alone is not enough to be a good teacher. You also need didactic, methodical and pedagogical skills. For this reason I decided to attend the distance learning course "DaF Methodik und Didaktik" at the Goethe Institute in June 2019. I successfully passed the final exam. I am convinced that teachers need to be constantly trained, too. So they are able to offer their students the best teaching performance.

My goal as a teacher is that you get the most out of the class. How do I want to achieve that? 1) Create a comfortable atmosphere: You have to be relaxed and feel comfortable in order to learn. I will try to create a very comfortable atmosphere so you can concentrate on the lesson. 2) Teaching a fun class: The class should be fun and interesting, that’s when we get the best results. I would love to know about topics that interest you and consider them in my preparation of the class. 3) Speak as much German as possible: You have to get used to the structure, the sound and the rhythm of the language. That's why I want to encourage you that we speak as much German as possible during the class.
