I finished reading the book of Robert Greene, "The 48 Laws of Power." It is such an interesting book and I would like to share the three laws that I liked the most in this book.

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

この前話した冬の運動の話の続きです。
北海道では、1月2月3月と雪がたくさん降ります。
ぼくはランニングをするのが好きですが、今の時期はさすがに走っていません。走ることはできますが、雪が道路に残っているので、すべりそうで怖いです。なので走っていません。とはいえ、何もしなければどんどん体重は増えるばかりなので、他の運動をしたいと思っていろいろと考えていました。

結果、自宅でエアロバイクをレンタルする、ということにしました。それで、今日、そのエアロバイクが届きました。組み立てて、使ってみました。一応、負荷を変えられるようになっているので、いろいろ変えてみましたが、最大の負荷にしても、そんなに重くなりませんでした。でも、長い時間走っているとそれなりに筋肉は使うので、何もしないよりは全然良いなと思いました。

ちょっと続けて使ってみないと効果があるかはわかりませんが、家の中で安全な環境で、YouTube見たり、Duolingoで言語学習をしたりしながら、運動ができると思うとめっちゃ良いなと思います。

これをきっかけに最近できていなかった運動をがんばろうと思います！
