「断捨離（だんしゃり）」という言葉を聞いたことがありますか。簡単（かんたん）に言うと、物を捨てて、自由な時間と空間を持てば、心も自由になるという考え方です。私は毎朝毎晩、スマホがどこへ行ったか、さがしている人なので、耳が痛いです。けれども、今なら、服だけなら、できるかもしれない。なぜなら日本は「衣替え（ころもがえ）」の季節だから。私は無事（ぶじ）「衣替え」をすませて、心のリセットができたのでしょうか。
