Without context, it is impossible to pin down an exact meaning. Context (where, when, and why these words were spoken) can make the meaning precise. The meanings you suggest are certainly possible meanings, as are all the interpretations given by the other commenters. To the extent that any of the interpretations may differ, they are merely imagining different contexts in which the words might be spoken.
One interpretation that nobody seems to have mentioned is the simplest one. It can be interpreted as a matter of fact statement that each day it does in fact happen that we find new ways (methods, actions, or solutions). For instance, suppose you work in a restaurant which always has too many customers at lunchtime. This creates a frenzy among the workers, but each day, somehow, you manage to serve them all. You could then say "we find ways every day" (to deal with this difficult situation).
