Chinese people are not familiar with the differences among various European style bread. So in most cases, bread like sourdough, we can just call it 欧包. That’s how most fancy bakery name it in China. If you say 酸面包 which is the literal translation of sourdough, Chinese people will find it hard to relate it to delicious bread. 2. 而 conjunction：Aは。。。ですけど、Bは(反対/違うの)です。例文: 我喜欢出外面玩，而我女儿比较宅。
