As a result, two months later, I was able to command the program and many co-workers were asking me how to make use of some unknown functions of the software. It was not only the aforementioned obstacle, but also the lack of communication with other departments. When you phone them, they never answer your calls, neither they reply your e-mails and you have to insist them until you got response. That affects the flow of the processes you are in charge of and, as a consequence, it delays the expedients that customers are claiming for since several months. In light of the above, I would strongly recommend Human Resources Department to provide a manual to the new personnel in order to address their responsibilities with efficiency. In addition, it would be advisable to implement a communication plan to tackle the problem of communication between departments. These suggestions are based on my personal experience and I convinced that they would help new workers in the company.
