Everyday, the thing we think about most is food. Food provides us enough energy to do other things. Usually, we have three meals throughout a day. A tasty meal always make us feel relaxed and happy, but preparing food is not simple. What ingredients should be brought is always a big peoblem when we enter into a grocery store. Let alone, there are just a few dishes written on our recipes. We need to blance the taste and nutrition for each meal. So, sometimes, we feel tired of cooking and just want to eat outside. According to my experiece about cooking over the past decades, there is a special dish which can mtach a lot of other dishes well. It's yogurt. It not only contains enough protein , but alos can be digested easily. You just takea jar of yogurt out of your refriger and enjoy it. It's unique taste gives us a wonderful experience. You can also add any kinds of juice and nuts in yogurt to make different flavours. It;s really great! So, if you don't know that what food should be prepared for next time, don't forget yogurt!
