it means I follow you.
but normally it is just used between young people or bad guys......
when someone is more powerful than you, you can say 我跟你混 to him.
it means you will follow him, you would do what he did.
you look him as kind of your boss.
for example, 你好厉害,我就跟你混了。 you are so powerful, I will follow you.
混 means mix up.
for example, you have a very good friend, you two stay together every day, every time, everywhere. so someone else can say "你俩每天都混在一起". it means you two always stay together.
跟 means follow. 我跟你混。I follow you so you are my boss.
if you are a bad guy, maybe you join some crime-group, so you have to follow somebody who is your boss, then you can say 我跟somebody混。 我跟Tom混。 then Tom is your boss.
normally, we say this for joking. for example, when your colleague has done a very good job while others failed, then you could say 我以后跟你混了 to this colleague. this is a kind of praising: wow you are very good, 我以后跟你混了。 something like this.
