salamu alakum [ hello]
labas aleek? [ are you fine ?].
about your question, i will tell you two ways, the first one it seems like a translation from English to Moroccan Arabic. and the second it will be pure Moroccan Arabic.
1°
I have the flu. I am not feeling well today. = a-ndi linfluwanza, makan has-sh ane labas lyuma.
2° [recommended]:
I have the flue. I am not feeling well today. = drabnee l-bard, makan has-sh anee labas lyuma.
drabnee l-bard* = hits me the cold = I keep or have cold / flu.
* in real, the structure of this sentence is coming from the french, because in French we say : j'ai frappé de froid. and that's the same in Moroccan, in otherwise Moroccan is mixed language french and arabic.
regards.
