How to ask a Pinoy to stop using Po?

As i am still learning Filo, I find the use of Po, and other related terms to be very confusing. I understand why they are used, but they make a persons meaning less clear to me.

On a personal note, it makes me feel old and distant from the person - but this is a cultural difference.

Is it just up to me? Can anyone request to be addressed informally in a polite way? or is it considered rude, or an imposition on the speaker?

Is there a nice way to ask a pinoy not to call me Po?

I tried 'Hindi kailangan mo mag po' a few times but it doesn't seem to really make my request clear.

What about something like 'Pakitawag mo 'neil' sa iyo lang'

It’s actually quite easy: 
Use “po” if you talk to a superior or someone you respect.
Don’t use “po” if you are speaking with a colleague or anyone else not in the list at the top.

"Po" is a term used to show respect to people who are older or someone with recognized position/title in the society or group, however small or big it may be. And yes, you can ask people not to address you with "po". It's okay. Although, I believe however that Filipinos would keep on using it just out of habit.

We use po or opo when we are speaking to the person who are older or higher than you or to the person you respect.

If someone is using po and opo to you but you don't want them to use it to you.. you can simply say "Di mo na kailangan mag po at opo" (no need fo you to use po or opo)... People will not consider it rude not to use po or opo when being requested or when they are close with each other.

Answer

You could say.

If your older - 'Iho, ayus lang saakin kahit hindi kana gumamit ng po'.
Note: Iho means little boy and Iha means little girl.

Or you could say.
Kaibigan, ayus (okey) lang saakin kahit wala nang po or opo. 
Kaibigan, okey lang saakin kahit hindi kana gumamit ng po o opo, mas matutuwa ako don.
