'meet sb' versus 'meet with sb' Could you, please, explain the difference between these two ('meet somebody' and 'meet with somebody') and give some context, examples?

"With" suggests some form of agreement or cooperation. If you meet a friend in the street, then I think it was by chance. If you meet with a friend in the street, then I think you had both arranged to meet there.
