what is the differences in pronouning "obasan" in japanese for aunt and grandma?? aunt and grandma is also obasan but is it have any difference??

For aunt, pronounce "ba" part short. For grandma, pronounce "ba-ah" with stress on "ah". If you don't want upset middle aged ladies, try to pronounce 'ba" part as short as possible with out any extra stress on "a". ;)
