Hello Angela, You are right with 1, this is non-standard but you may still hear it, especially when people with a lower level of education are speaking or when they are just being lazy! Again you are right (2), Phoebe is using a metaphor to try and justify Ross. Number 3 is not clear but I suspect that maybe his father tried to kidnap Ross after cubs when he was 9. Number 4 is just slang - it means deal. He got a special deal on home theatre.
