Or is there another word which is internationally recognised? Air bed? Floating mattress? Floating bed? Pool lounger? All these words seem to mean the same...

An air mattress is something you sleep on. Like if you are visiting someone and they make room for you by blowing up this mattress. A pool lounger or raft is different. It is something you use to relax in the pool with. I hope this helps you.
