私はそばが好きです。そばは他では食べられないし、海外でそば屋は見たことががない。日本独特の料理だと思う。 I might say Soba(buckwheat noodles). We rarely eat soba overseas, we've never seen soba noodles restaurants overseas not as same as Ramen. Soba is native Japanese food I guess.

Any thing else, do you have food which probably isnt known by foreigners? It's 和風ハンバーグ（wafuu hamburg）especially made of meat and tofu. I hope you don't know it. Anyway,和風ハンバーグ is also called 豆腐(tofu)ハンバーグ. It's like Japanesey humburg and I eat that with grated Japanese radish and ponzu sause. Google it!

I say now おでん(oden) because it comes in only in winter. We can have おでん even at convenience store. Taste different at each family due to several stock they use, also taste different from east and west area. When I order soba, I may order とろろ(grated yam) そば or さんさい(edible wild plants)そば. Oh talking about food makes me hungry now...

外国人*に*いつも知らな*くて*美味しい日本料理を教えてください。 →外国人が普通は知らない、美味しい日本料理を教えてください。 炊きたての「白いご飯」が好きですね＾＾　 日本人で良かったと思える瞬間です（笑） 海外では日本の美味しいお米はなかなか見つかりませんし、高いですからね。
