Sweat-shirt is from the english 'sweatshirt', more like a long and more robust T-shirt. Originally used for sports. 运动衫 A french pull or pull-over is a (knit) 'pullover' or 'sweater'. 套衫, 套头衫, 毛衣, 毛线衣

Salut Winglu, On dit le meme en français. Sweat- shirt c'est sweat-shirt et pull-over aussi restes pull-over. La meme différence du sens entre les deux en anglais.
