Hi, Looking for some help with the instant lessons.

First I have done a few instant trial lessons and they have been fantastic. For those of us with unpredictable schedules instant lessons are great because we may not know if we are going to be free or not.

The problem is that it looks like only trial lessons are available for instant lessons. I have used all my trials up and I would like to be able to book a normal lesson for 1/2 hour or a full hour using the instant lesson feature.

I understand that some teachers offer a discount price for trial and because of this trial lessons are limited. I however do not have a problem paying the full rate for the teachers time, but this option does not seem to be available.

It is a real shame because I know there are teachers out there willing to teach, and I am willing book a lesson but the italki system will not let me.

is there anyone who knows a way to make this work, or ask italki to implement this feature?

Hi guys, I also wish instant lessons were an option for all students. I have a two hour booking availability, but immediate lessons would be great when there is an unexpected change of plan. 🤓

Thanks for all your replies.  I understand that you can message the teacher directly but it is really inefficient and it would be so much better if they would allow instant lessons like they do trial lessens (especially since they already have the the technology built out and it is only a matter of expanding the lesson type)  Hopefully someone from iTalki will see this request so they can consider it.  I don't know why they would not do something that was good for both the student and the teacher and adds more lessons for iTalki.

Up until today, instant lesson is only for trial lesson. If you want immediate class, you can message the teacher, so they can send you lesson invitation.
I still have many available schedule if you would like lessons with me 😍

I am available almost all day, and you could send a message with the time that works for you.

For me this is not a problem. When one of my students wants an instant lesson, they text me and I send a class invitation for the next 15 or 30 minutes.
