You are safer if you put it in quotes to show people that you know it is a mistake. Quotes allow you to get away with all kinds of bad grammar. Just don't do it too often. I've given you some examples of ways to invent proper nouns. There is no place called "Scrolling Land", but you can invent one. Since it is the name of a place, it needs to be capitalized, just like "Vietnam". Notice also that I also capitalized "virtue" to make it also look like a place.
