If the class was in iTalki classroom or in Skype, everything that was typed in the chat box should still be visible. But with lessons in Zoom, you have to save the chat before the meeting is closed or you won't be able to retrieve it.

Have you tried shutting the app or browser down and reopening it? I’ve noticed a few times my most recent messages won’t show up until I’ve done this. Other than that…not sure 😬
