He was a very patient and attentive listener, providing helpful prompts of encouragement when he sensed I was struggling to find the right word or verb tense, and moving the conversation forward with thoughtfully prepared questions. He also speaks and understands English very capably, when necessary. I will certainly work with Mr. Santiago again. Highly recommended!
