Anastasiia

After three lessons (and more to come), I am very impressed by how each lesson is well prepared. Anastasiia manages to create new material while blending seamlessly some small targeted repetitions of mistakes I have made in the previous lessons, which makes it very tailored to my learning. The lessons flow easily, at a good rhythm, and are very effective :)

This lady is the best tutor I've found on this site, no matter the language. This is due to her charisma, empathy, and (obviously) the fact that I can sputter through a whole lesson talking/listening pure Russian. She doesn't use easy translations of vocabulary in English to save time/effort, she'll teach the word by giving example sentences in Russian. She never had to ask 'what do you want to learn? what is your level?' because she deciphered it herself and then pushed me farther than other teachers would. She gives me full attention and interest and laughs at my dumb jokes and gives plenty of homework in a concise Google Doc. Though I have to step away from Russian for a little bit, I will immediately rebook lessons with her. I know that I haven't had a huge amount of lessons with her yet, but I don't write long, cringe reviews for nothing. Usually teachers are never extraordinary, but sometimes you get really lucky :D

My lesson with Anastasiia was fun and educational. Anastasiia proceeds at an efficient, but not excessive pace, so the lesson is very productive, yet not overwhelming. Although Anastasiia has a high level of English proficiency, I was very pleased that Anastasiia conducted the lesson almost entirely in Russian. She seems to accurately sense of a student's level of comprehension and adjust her delivery accordingly. When I didn't understand, she explained using Russian synonyms and examples, which is super helpful in connecting related words and phrases. I'm grateful that Anastasiia regularly corrects my grammar, pronunciation, and word choice, and she takes great notes, which are very helpful for review. Thank you for teaching, Anastasiia!

I can't get over how amazing your lessons always are! We're always laughing, having fun, and being chill. I super appreciate your patience, as always, to let me speak, and how flexible you are with each lesson. Your explanations are always on point whenever I have questions and easy to understand. (Even if I have brainfarts and misunderstand LOL) Большое спасибо!!

Nastya is the most energetic, fun and committed teacher I have ever had, I'm really glad that I chose her, and I recommend her to everyone)) She is not just a native Russian speaker with whom you can talk and practice, instead, she is a highly prepared and qualified teacher who loves her job). So she knows how to keep you motivated at every moment, and you will enjoy the classes and learn even without a lot of effort. However, if you put in a bit of effort on your side, your level will increase and improve very quickly with her)) For each class, she prepares exercises for your level, and they are fun. Meanwhile you complete the exercises she will teach you grammar and you will put into practice. She also takes notes on your mistakes and corrects them, so you can learn from them. If you are really interested in learning Russian, here you will find the best teacher. честно, она самый крутой и прикольный преподаватель)

Such a fun lesson! As always, I greatly greatly appreciate you giving me the opportunity to try to speak and figure out how to word things. It really challenges me to push my abilities. (Including making jokes and being silly, haha.) I can't wait till our next lesson :)
