My name is Neil Evans and I am an Englishman living in Thailand. I have been living in Thailand for the past six years. I'm 38 years old and my passions include sports, animals and meeting new people from all around the world.

Che tipo di insegnante sono

I began teaching at a private tuition center. This is where I learned the value of flashcards, games, situational dialogues and a communicative approach to teaching. For the at five years I have been teaching at as high school in Ubon Ratchathani as well as teaching adults and young learners online. I have also been teaching my students at my school online since June and have become proficient in using Zoom, Google Meet and Skype. I am currently in the process of completing a BIPTEd course which I will completed in December 2021.

Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

I like to use games, situational dialogues and I have a communicative approach to teaching. I like to apply the language to the students' lives so that it has more relevance and meaning to them. I have produced and abundance of PowerPoints, Google Forms, and Kahoot quizzes to enhance my lessons.

It makes me learn new vocabulary and expressions from a native speaker, something hard to find in grammar books (apart from having fun and enjoying by learning).
