With a solid background in Journalism and Education, I've developed a variety of Spanish teaching methods designed for people of all levels. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I've had the honor of helping more than 2500 students from different countries, backgrounds, levels of proficiency, and ages. Our lessons can be entirely in Spanish or in a mix of Spanish and English, especially if you're starting from scratch. The crucial thing is that by the end of each lesson, you acquire new knowledge and vocabulary to practice. In our first lesson, I will assess your level of Spanish, and together, we will design a work plan tailored to your needs, goals, and interests. After only a 30 minute intro with Javier, I am certain that he will be able to exceed my expectations and help me in my journey to Spanish fluency. He was very thorough listening to my goals, providing tips, notes and material to help with my progress.

Javier is extremely personable and a fantastic teacher. He was able to assess my level of Spanish very quickly and meet me at a place that pushed my limits but was not overwhelming. I highly recommend him and I'm looking forward to more lessons with him
