HOME is a wonderful word - rich in meaning and used in expressions I love.
Twenty years ago, I left my HOMETOWN of Boston and moved to Spain, my first HOME AWAY FROM HOME - and the place where I began to teach English. In 2015, after many years of travel, I moved to Argentina, the place I now CALL HOME.
Many of my students are immigrants, too. Others want to travel. Some have never left home.
No matter where we are from and what we dream of -- we all want to USE our English -- to connect, to learn, and to grow.

I began teaching English in 2006, in Madrid, Spain.
Today, I teach mostly intermediate and advanced English learners. At this stage of the learning process, many students begin to feel frustrated, insecure about their abilities, or stuck in never-ending "language learning plateaus."
I love helping students navigate and ENJOY this phase of the process. I support them in discovering how to make their journey more interesting, fulfilling, and motivating.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
Having learned Spanish as an adult, I am familiar with the fears and challenges that arise. My background in coaching helps me hold a calm, non-judgmental space, where I provide the empathy and support that is necessary for adult learners. Your classes will be personalized to match your unique interests, wants, and needs - and our path can change over time.
It's also important to note - that these are strange and challenging times. So please know that you can bring your WHOLE self to our classes. Your feelings, thoughts, hopes and fears are always welcome in the safe space that we create together.

Molly is the best teacher ever! I feel much more confident in English after our lessons. Molly is very easy to talk to, kind, patient and friendly. I feel like I am meeting with my friend. The lessons are informative, I can learn a lot of new words and phrases, supportive and helpful. Molly motivated me to read books and listen to podcasts, which I would never have done without support. I am so happy to find Molly on italki!
