Hi! My name is Maria and I’m a native Russian speaker. I’m a person who LOVES languages and different cultures!
My bachelor's degree is in teaching Russian as a native and foreign language. I also work as a teacher in an online school and teach Russian to bilingual children. I have students who have successfully passed ТРКИ (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language - TORFL) and GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education - Russian). At the moment I'm in the "Technology in Education" program at university in Siberia (The National Research Tomsk State University).
I'm in love with my job, so I have a lot of energy to help with your language jorney!

My teaching style depends on your goal🎯
I love helpful lessons and use effective textbooks, learning platforms, and my own materials (presentations, worksheets, tests).
The grammar exercises are very useful, but I believe the creative and conversational aspects are meaningful as well. I have a plan for each class but I’m open to any suggestions and ideas.
We will watch videos, play language games and have fun. It definitely won’t be boring!

Maria is a brillant teacher. I followed Maria's lessons for more than a year, and my russian level has considerably increased. Maria provides an exceptionnal support for the grammar and the conversation. Thanks to Maria's help, I managed to pass the ТРКИ В1 and I feel very confident in passing the B2 level in june, which already represents a huge level of confidence and knowledge in the russian language.
In addition to being a patient and supportive teacher, Maria is also a kind and clever person: Maria has all the necessary qualities to bring you to the very best of the russian language, and I would strongly recommend any students to get Maria's classes.
