Hello! I’m Miharu, a certified Japanese teacher.
I was born and raised in Tokyo and I speak standard Japanese.
I can speak French, and I can speak a little English too.
I love learning new languages because it opens the door to different cultures and perspectives.
That’s why I decided to teach Japanese to people who are interested in Japan, Japanese culture, and the Japanese language.

I earned my Japanese teaching certification in 2023 and currently work as a part-time teacher at a Japanese language school in Tokyo. I teach grammar to beginner and intermediate students using textbooks like "Minna no Nihongo" and "Dekiru Nihongo." For complete beginners, I start with hiragana and katakana, followed by kanji lessons using "Basic Kanji." I also assign writing and reading homework.

수업 중간중간에 어법적으로 틀린 말도 수정해주시고 새로운 표현도 알려주셨는데 그런 와중에도 대화의 흐름이 끊기지 않도록 집중해서 들어주셨어요ㅎㅎ
