Hi there! I'm Heejin, your Korean tutor. I've dabbled in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai because I have a passion for languages. Lately, I've been delving into Indonesian. So, I get the struggles you might face learning Korean as a foreign language. Questions like 'Why is Korean so different from my native tongue?' or 'How do I tackle learning foreign languages?' I bet you've had those worries. Well, no more worries. My classes are here to put those worries to rest!
안녕하세요? 여러분의 한국어 선생님, 희진입니다. 저는 외국어를 좋아해서 영어, 일본어, 중국어, 태국어를 공부했어요. 요즘은 인도네시아어를 공부하고 있습니다. 덕분에 저는 여러분이 외국어를 공부할 때 느끼는 어려움을 확실하게 이해하고 있어요. "한국어와 모국어는 왜 이렇게 다르지?!", "외국어는 어떻게 공부해야 하지?" 정말 고민이 많죠? 그 고민들을 제가 해결해 드릴게요!Che tipo di insegnante sono
I started teaching Korean in Laos in 2016 and have been teaching online since 2020. I've taught various types of classes including group sessions, individual sessions, and online classes. As of June 2024, I've taught Korean to students from many countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Thailand, Japan, China, France, Russia, and Singapore for over 4000 hours. Don't worry if learning solely in Korean feels challenging for you; you can also take lessons in English.
2020년부터 온라인으로 한국어를 가르치고 있어요. 그룹 수업, 개인 수업, 온라인 수업 등 다양한 수업을 지도했습니다. 2024년 6월을 기준으로 지금까지 4000 시간 이상 캐나다, 영국, 태국, 일본, 중국, 프랑스, 러시아, 싱가포르 등 많은 나라의 학생들에게 한국어를 가르쳤어요. 만약 여러분이 한국어로만 수업을 듣는 것이 어렵다면 영어로 수업을 들을 수 있으니까 걱정하지 마세요.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I strive for enjoyable and comfortable lessons. Speaking in a foreign language requires a lot of courage, so I teach in a way that allows students to learn Korean at their own pace while experiencing the joy of conversation. Are you a slow learner? Not interested in homework? Eager to speak Korean every day? There's a curriculum tailored to every student's level:
(1) Beginner: Understanding Korean sentences and forming simple ones.
(2) Intermediate: Ability to understand and create longer sentences, capable of living in Korea using Korean.
(3) Advanced: Discussions using Korean news and books.
(4) Business: Writing business emails and making phone calls in Korean.

My teacher is one of a kind, love her class and support. she is super busy so only see her once a week but I do my best to adapt my schedule around her schedule. Her methodology motivates me to learn in a fun and safe environment in which I dont feel judge for my mistakes and pronunciation. She understands the process of learning and I will stick to her from now on,

It was my very first time with teacher Heejin and I was very impressed by her methodology.
She is not using a book to teach you but she adds many extras methodologies that only comes with experience and this make her very special. I want to study with her and It took time to find a good teacher with whom I can project myself studying for a long time. See you soon!

Heejin is really patient and a kind teacher. She explain thoroughly the grammar and the materials. Provides the materials and does the note taking. So you don't have to stress too much about the lesson, or that you have missed something. Always been a great expirience.
