My teacher has an incredible ability to understand what I’m trying to say, even when I unknowingly invent new words in Korean or am mumbling words in my mouth that only HER can guess! With the notes she makes for me of every little sentences we talked about in class, I made it mine and try to have fun with it! I truly appreciate that because she allows me to talk about any subject, no matter how uninteresting it might be for her. Yet, she has never once shown impatience or anything negative—only kindness and encouragement. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my teacher.

Heejin is really patient and a kind teacher. She explain thoroughly the grammar and the materials. Provides the materials and does the note taking. So you don't have to stress too much about the lesson, or that you have missed something. Always been a great expirience.

I had a highly productive session today. We engaged in extended conversation, during which the teacher gently corrected my sentences in real time, allowing me to improve naturally and with confidence. We also reviewed several 사자성어 and revisited them thorough notes in our shared Google Docs. While we use a textbook when necessary, the teacher always gives me space to express myself on topics that matter to me. Even when I make frequent mistakes, she corrects them discreetly and respectfully, creating a warm and encouraging learning environment.

Heejin was super fun and listened to what I need help with. She is organized and engaged. It's also easy to communicate with her in English. Looking forward to our lessons together!

Heejin was very nice and easygoing! I felt comfortable speaking in Korean, even though my Korean is not great. She assessed my level and provided resources and a plan for the next lessons.

I am always in good hands with my teacher. She is taking my Korean to the next level want a lot of kindness.
