Grüezi, hallo and hi! :) My name is Valentina and it is my mission to help you master your target language with a variety of teaching materials, lots of useful exercises and fun conversations.
I am Swiss, live near Zurich and hold a Master's Degree in German and English Language and Literature. I have more than three years of teaching experience: I lived in the UK for a year and taught German as a foreign language to local high school students, now I'm back in Switzerland and teach English to Swiss high schoolers.
My hobbies include hiking, reading, music (I love K-Pop, but also Rock and Power Metal) and stationery.

Being an ambitious language learner myself and having studied both German and English at uni, I understand exactly what it takes to teach a language in a fun yet effective way. It is my first priority to listen to your language learning needs carefully and create tailor-made lessons just for you.

I am an easy-going person that wants to encourage you to use as much of your target language as possible. Don't worry if you're a total beginner or feel like you have gotten a little rusty: You are in my lesson to make mistakes and get better and more confident.
Before we start learning a language together, I want us to take a look at your goals: Are you looking to learn a few sentences for a holiday in Germany, Switzerland, the US or Australia?
