Hello! I'm Fernanda, a certified TEFL and TESOL English instructor from Vancouver, Canada.
I have been teaching on Italki since June 2023. I spend my time in between working in the movie industry and teaching English on Italki.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, I understand the challenges of learning new languages firsthand. Beyond my passion for languages, I love dancing, exploring new places, and capturing moments through photography. Teaching English helps me to combine my interests and make my wish of connecting with people from all over the world come true.

My teaching approach is engaging, interactive, and personalized to each student's needs. I understand that every student learns differently and at their own pace. I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and ask questions.
I utilize a variety of teaching tools and techniques such as videos, podcasts, games, and interactive activities. I've had an wonderful experience having lessons with Fernanda. I'm a fluent English speaker who still has a lot to improve, and Fernanda has suited my needs perfectly. She's a friendly person and a proactive teacher, and she's helped me a lot throughout the few classes we've had so far. I'm looking forward to our next class!
