Hi! I’m Anna, a Russian tutor from St. Petersburg with a passion for making language learning fun, comfortable, and meaningful. I’m a chill, fun, patient, and organized teacher with 5+ years of experience, and a degree in pedagogy. I love making our lessons effective and engaging.📚
Beyond languages, I’m an avid traveler (12 countries so far!), love reading, art, history, and psychology—and most of all, I enjoy great conversations and meeting new people. Anna uses a personalized approach and prepares new material for each lesson. In my case (as I am fond of russian poetry) she selects a poem, first I read it and she corrects my pronunciation. After that we analyze it. We also have free-speaking time (20-30 mn) on daily life topics or topics that interest me. Anna is enthusiastic and friendly. She is a great teacher and ambassador of the russian language!
Anna utilise une approche personnalisée et prépare un nouveau contenu pour chaque leçon. Dans mon cas (car j'adore la poésie russe), elle choisit un poème: je le lis, puis elle corrige ma prononciation et ensuite nous l'analysons. Nous avons également 20-30 minutes d'expression libre sur des sujets de la vie quotidienne ou des sujets qui m'intéressent plus particulièrement. Anna est enthousiaste et amicale. Elle est une excellente enseignante et ambassadrice de la langue russe !

I have been learning Russian for 3 years in a prestigious school in Rome reaching B1-B2. After that, I had a pause for several years with no practice nor learning.
I have recently started to learn again and fill the voids in my Russian skills, and I am so happy and lucky to have found Anna!
She is an exceptional and attentive teacher, who diligently evaluates my knowledge and teaches me accordingly effectively.
Her lessons are creative and interesting.
During the lesson she is caring and patient, moreover her creative and playful teaching methods make learning Russian even more enjoyable and interesting as she also shares some insightful facts about Russian culture.
I highly recommend Anna to anyone looking to improve their Russian skills!!!
