Hi, I’m Madeleine, but you can call me Keren!
I've lived in Jakarta, Singapore, Oxford, London, and Jakarta again!
This has led me to appreciate a diverse set of cultures, as well as develop a real love for the English language.
Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s degree at Monash University in Public Policy and Management, and I completed my Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in Politics, International Relations, and Philosophy in the United Kingdom.Che tipo di insegnante sono
Previously, I’ve taught English as a second language to adults, teenagers, and children, and I’ve worked as a Preschool Reggio Emilia teacher, as well.
I have experience teaching:
- (Grades 9-12) International Baccalaureate English (both HL and SL), IGCSE English Literature & Language
- Business English
- Conversational English

Keren is great and very attentive. Keren access my strength and weakness in the beginning, from that we work on what i can improve towards my goal.
Keren’s method of teaching is also very fun and enjoyable. I can understand the lesson easily and show immediate improvement right after class. Thank you so much Keren!

Madeleine is a great and engaging teacher! The lesson was very challenging yet encouraging at the same time. We addressed my goals from the beginning, and I was very happy to see that we actively worked on improving my skills according to my initial concerns. I felt that the class was insightful, structured, but fun at the same time!
Madeleine gave me exercises that's personalized for me while also demands me to actively participate in the activity, which aligns perfectly with my goal of getting better at conversing in English. It was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Madeleine for anyone who's looking to improve their conversational skills in English! :)
