I am Gabriel Anderson and come from a rural part of Scotland. I have a passion for language learning and enjoy speaking to others. My other hobbies include music, playing/watching sports, playing piano and watching films. I enjoy travelling and I have been to many different countries in the past few years, e.g. France, Antigua and Barbuda, and Norway. I enjoy teaching others as I enjoy watching others improve at their desired skills. Over the past few years, I have helped many classmates to achieve higher grades in their exams by tutoring them. I feel like it benefitted them but also helped my understand the subject better and it gave me a better understanding of how others perceive challenges.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
My lessons will be focused around conversational skills. I believe speaking about a large variety of different topics improves vocabulary and most importantly confidence. Confidence will be a strong focus - trying to boost confidence while speaking. For beginners, we will focus on building strong basics - grammar and vocabulary - and I while encourage watching media such as TV and film in English and music in English. For advanced learners, I can help give exposure to a light Scottish accent and can help with accents across the UK.4.9

I really enjoyed this class with Gabriel!
It felt like talking to a really good friend.
His accent is quite nice too. I have always been interested in learning more about those and practising to understand them better; Scottish accent isn’t the easiest one to say the least, but I’m sure Gabriel can help me with understanding that one as well. Gabriel seems to be big on lots of different things and plenty of topics could be discussed with him. Also he gave a few useful recommendations regarding some TV shows which I really appreciate too since having regular exposure to English is one of the best ways to learn more about different cultural things and language itself.
Despite his young age, he is well aware of many global issues and is open to cover them in conversations.

Gabriel is a very good teacher. He is very patient and can always finds common ground between us. Talking to him was like talking to an old friend of mine❤️
