안녕하세요! 제 이름은 김혜영이에요. 2019년까지 한국에서 살다가, 지금은 미국에서 살고 있답니다.
저는 한국에서 공무원으로 일을 했으며, 언어교환모임에서 영어도 공부하고, 외국인들에게 한국어를 가르치기도 했었어요.
저는 패션도 좋아하고, 요리하는 것도 좋아하고, 목공작업도 취미로 하고 있어요. 그래서 가구도 직접 만들어서 사용하고 있고, 손님들을 초대해서 한국 음식을 대접하기도 한답니다.

I'm Hyeyoung from South Korea but living in America now.
I used to study English and teach Korean at a language exchange community before I moved to USA.
I love fashion, cooking, woodworking. I have been working on house renovations for the past 2 years and building DIY furniture!Che tipo di insegnante sono
저는 한국인이라 한국어가 유창한 건 물론이지만, 공무원이 되는 시험을 치르기 위해 국어 공부도 했었답니다.
그리고 다문화가정의 아이를 위한 멘토 프로그램에도 참여하여서 한국어도 가르쳐주고, 한국의 문화를 잘 익힐 수 있도록 도와주는 일도 했었어요. 그래서 어떤 연령층이든, 어떤 수준의 한국어를 구사하든 열심히 가르칠 자신이 있답니다!
Not only am I a native Korean speaker, I studied Korean on a deeper level, as it was required for a government job I had when I was living in Korea.
Also I participated in a mentoring program for a non-Korean speaking family before and I taught Korean and Korean culture to the children who couldn't learn from their parents.

It's going to depend on the level of Korean and the goal you have for Korean, but I want to make sure that you know the Korean alphabet first. And then we can move on to the vocabulary and sentence formation. You will naturally learn grammar with that too.Esperienza d'insegnamento

For the past few months, I’ve been doing lessons with Hyeyoung every week to prepare for my move to Korea. She’s been a super amazing teacher and has taught me a lot. She always is trying to improve and make the classroom as comfortable as possible and the material easy to understand. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a korean tutor.

I really have been enjoying my lessons with Hyeyoung. She explains the concept in a way I can understand and build on what was previously learned. You get alot of opportunities to speak and create sentences in the moment using a mix of what you have learned in previous lessons and the new grammar point being discussed.
