Hello, my name is Alizé. I was born and raised in Luxembourg, have studied ethnology and worked as a community interpreter for many years. Now, I travel full-time. My native language is French, but I am also proficient in English, Spanish, German, and of course Luxembourgish.

During my own language learning journey, I have tried various methods, including traditional teaching techniques as well as more practical approaches, which I would be happy to share with you. Additionally, I have worked as a French and Luxembourgish tutor for many years, which has taught me how to effectively adapt to my students' needs.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
For French, I offer conversational practice, with the option to include some theoretical foundations if you'd like to focus on specific areas. This includes additional audio and text material, such as short documentaries, vocabulary lists, songs etc... This class is available for all levels. Let me know in advance if you have a topic in mind!
For Luxembourgish, there are two options:
1. Conversational practice, with optional theory. This class is available for all levels.
2. "Sproochentest" preparation for beginners, using materials from the National Language Institute (INL) to help with citizenship test preparation.Il mio materiale didattico

Je me suis senti à l'aise pendant notre conversation. En générale, la conversation est l'élément le plus difficile pour moi lors de l'apprentissage d'une langue et Alizé m'a mis immédiatement à l'aise. Elle m'a aidé à apporter des corrections au besoin, mais elle m'a surtout laissé parler à mon rythme et trouver le bon ordre dans l'ordre correct des mots ou de la grammaire. Elle m'a démandé comment je préfère apprendre les langues afin de pouvoir concevoir notre temps ensemble de la manière la plus productive possible. Je suis impressionnée par ses compétences non seulement en tant qu'apprenante en langue, mais également en tant qu'enseignante. Merci beaucoup, Alizé - à bientôt.

Another great lesson with Alizé. Our lessons are full of laughs, interesting conversation, and great French practice. Many thanks to her for helping me feel more comfortable speaking in French (even though I still make lots of mistakes)! I really appreciate the articles and materials that she sends me before the class. I would definitely recommend Alizé to anyone who would like to improve their French skills.

The end of an era (at least for the time being) as we both move to new phases of our lives. The time I have had talking with Alizé has been so enriching and motivating. She has provided me much to think about and has made my French experience a true pleasure. I will miss you my friend.
