He helped me through my Genki textbook and also used the whiteboard effectively.

I enjoyed Brian's teaching style where he used the whiteboard to help with pronunciation and grammar so you learn with all your senses. I enjoyed that he brought real life stories into the cultural experience of learning another language, for example his Sushi recipes.
