Very experienced English tutor and Business English tutor. I am a native English speaker and I have been teaching English for over eight years now. I am an Australian, originally from Melbourne.
I have an MBA, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture and have worked in English speaking corporations in Australia for over two decades. I am very experienced in Business English, business etiquette and the cultural English we use every day.
I am currently living in Spain - I have been here for over six years. Prior to this a was living for two years in Beijing, China, and tutored in English there full time as well. Before this I was tutoring students in English from Australia.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I have three main lesson types:
1: Business English: Therefore, I teach business terminology and practice and cultural English for students wishing to work within English speaking businesses.
2: General English: Where I work with the student to choose the topics they want in order to improve their English
3: English Exam Coaching: I teach students who are wanting to pass English exams. I have qualifications in both the IELTS and TOEFL systems and teach both, as well as other methods if required.
I also give feedback towards the end of every lesson so that the student understands where they are at on their journey to learning English and can set tailored homework if you likeLe mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento
I teach students of all different abilities from all over the world. I believe that individual tutoring means that you will have an individually tailored program. We will work towards this with exercises and conversation, all the time having fun but achieving.
I am also a professional Architect with MBA. Therefore expert at analysis of issues to be solved and with a strong solutions focus.Il mio materiale didattico

I have been studying with James for more than one year, and I believe I have improved incrediblely. I still remember the reason why I dicided to book James' lesson because he spoke quicker than many other teachers in his self-introduction video. I knew that's the normal speaking speed of native English sepaker even though it was a bit quick to me, but I hoped I could challenge myself. After a few trail lessons, I just realized he is a good teacher and started to study with him.
Perhaps you will have the similar opinion after you first lesson with James :)
