I've graduated from Foreign Language Education Department at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. I have been an English Teacher for more than 10 years. I have CELTA which is a certification for teaching English around the world. This means that I can teach English to the speakers of other languages, too. I consider students needs and learning styles while planning my lessons. I mostly like using modern methods and techniques. In our first lesson or trial lesson, we plan the lessons with the students by learning about what they really want. Amazing amazing class. Sema has a lot of opinion about social topics and I can't wait for my turkish to improve in those areas so I can better express myself and discuss it deeply with her. I have always love deep talk, debate and discussion. I will continue to have her as my teacher.

the lesson was very useful and informative, covering various structures used in speech, explained in simple terms by Sema in a manner I could easily translate, into English equivalents. Things were explained in a non-linguistical way but via using everyday English words like"via". Sema was the only Turkis teacher that knew how to use "via" in English correctly, that I Have so far met. The other teachers I have known were unable to get me to understand a sentence construction, because they were trying to explain it in linguistic terms, causing me to become confused. I now know how to express via/by/with, in my new language. Sema made it so easy.

Sema is a great teacher. She takes her time to explain everything and is very patient. Every lesson is fun and there is a pleasant amount of variation between reading, writing and speaking about interesting topics. Definitely recommended.
