I’m originally from London but spent most of my life growing up in Canterbury, Kent. After completing my studies, I moved to Asia, where I taught English to students of all ages, from kindergarten to adults.

I’m passionate about teaching and have had the chance to work in Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and China. Over the years, I’ve become a patient, culturally aware teacher with a unique teaching style. My lessons are fun, enthusiastic, and engaging.

In my classes, I like to use visual effects, pictures, audio, and video, depending on the course and type of lesson. Materials are custom-made for specialist courses; pronunciation and accent reduction, while IELTS, PET, and Cambridge courses follow a structured curriculum based on the course syllabus.

Duran is indeed a great educator. He is professional in teaching English and he always shows a lot of care and kindness for his students. I have not only learned several pieces of knowledge from his well-prepared materials but really enjoyed the conservation with him.
