Hi! This is Ziyu :)
I hold a bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature. Following my graduation from university, I started my journey as a Chinese teacher on Italki since 2020.

Currently, I am studying for economics and computer science at Technical University of Munich while simultaneously working in the field of finance.

After graduating from university, I began teaching Chinese online. Over the course of three years, I have interacted with and taught over 200 students, conducting more than 1000 lessons.
During weekends, I teach at a Chinese school in Munich, where many Chinese children born in Germany face unique challenges in learning Chinese.
I believe that Chinese is an elegant and deeply meaningful language, and I thoroughly enjoy delving into the profound meanings behind Chinese characters. I hope I can assist you in learning Chinese and help you develop a love for this language :)Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

Great lesson with Ziyu! We talked about several topics, including weather and using sunscreen, movies, subtitles and dubbed versions. It is easy to talk with Ziyu and have an interesting conversation!

I like that she only intervenes when I am stuck. Great teaching method. Confucius would be proud.

Great lesson with Ziyu! We talked about the conditions in East Germany and how people adjust to life in other countries. It is always fun and easy to talk with Ziyu!

Great lesson with Ziyu! We talked about the recent election in the US and how people in China and elsewhere feel about the results. We also talked about how countries are aging and how people are supported into their old age. Ziyu has an interesting perspective since she grew up in China but is now living in Europe!
