I have been teaching for 25 years or more...gosh that makes me feel old!! I have a BA in cultural studies and am TEFL qualified. I have worked in Australia, Russia, London and Oxford and have been teaching online for over 2 years. I have taught students from every corner of the world, children and adults. Before we meet for the first time i will send you a placement test if you wish.
I teach 4 types of lessons:
Speak easy is a conversation based lesson where we can talk about all sorts of topics that interest you. I will find material to suit your level with the purpose of getting you to speak as much as possible. I usually send learners a link to a news item, video, audio, before a lesson and we go through the material working on pronunciation, vocabulary and comprehension. Sometimes, our conversations are spontaneous.
Blended English focuses on a grammar weakness you have.
Business and exam English focuses on Business language and culture and skills for exam success!

Helen is a awesome and sweet teacher! My daughter enjoys her lessons with Helen every time. My daughter says that Helen helps her improve her English and her tests in different subjects. I would definitely recommend Helen to all of you guys who are looking for a teacher!
