That's me, JR Public Speaking! Hi, I'm a native US speaker with a neutral Midwest American accent, a BFA from New York University (Communications), a Cambridge CELTA, an MA in International Development.

I'm a dynamic, creative, student-centered public speaking, EFL/ESL and communications coach with experience teaching learners of all ages. My teaching style is student centered, creative, and active. All sessions are customized to the needs of each specific student, so there is no 'cookie cutter' approach. I adapt to any approach needed by each student with a thorough diagnostic and discussion held in our introductory session.

Public Speaking & Presentation Skills InstructorStarting around the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, I began to coach public speaking, presentation skills, vocal dynamics, and accent reduction on a range of platforms. Prior to this, I had been instructing in these areas mainly in face-to-face classroom environments.
