Hi! Oi! I’m Haroldo, a Portuguese and English Teacher from Brazil. A little bit about me:

Hi! Oi! I’m Haroldo, a Portuguese and English Teacher from Brazil.
I have been working with language teaching since I moved to Sweden in 2017 and needed to learn the Swedish language. This has opened my mind not only to the necessity of acquiring language skills but also about how difficult it can be to catch all of a language’s nuances.

Haroldo é muito legal! He is teaching me things that Duolingo really failed me on and I am learning a lot. He is able to fit a lot of learning into a half hour, but the time does feel short because of how engaging he makes it. I think by 2025 I should be good enough to have conversations with my wife in Portuguese. For which I will be very grateful and incredibly happy.

Haroldo is an outstanding teacher!
I've been learning Portuguese with Haroldo for almost a year now. The lessons never get boring and the conversations feel very natural, like talking to a friend. Haroldo is super flexible with the classes and has very europe-friendly hours, which makes it super easy to find lesson times that suit your schedule.
I highly recommend Haroldo to anyone wanting to learn or improve Portuguese or English!

Haroldo is a wonderful teacher. He has lots of interesting ideas for conversation and adds just the right amount of error correction, vocabulary instruction and grammar knowledge without obstructing the flow of the conversation. This is the best way to learn another language.

Having taken a few lessons with Haroldo, I’ve found him to be patient, clear in his explanations, and approachable. He’s open to suggestions, making it easy to ask questions or explore new topics during the session. If you’re looking to build on your Portuguese skills, I’d recommend giving his lessons a try.
