Learning a language while holding down a hectic job when you are on the wrong side of 50 is tough, and requires multiple resources and lots of patience. Perhaps the most important resource is a teacher who can help you maximise the impact of what you learn by focusing on practical vocabulary and grammar that suit your particular goals, and constantly keeps the difficulty level just a bit higher than your comfort level. Miho-san is precisely that kind of teacher. Bonus: She's super nice and a genuinely interested conversationalist!

Miho is an excellent teacher! She is very professional, but also very personal. Every lesson, she maximizes the time so that I can both practice free form chatting and learn the most possible from the lesson, which is structured very nicely according to the Irodori textbook. I am always really nervous for my lessons because I find N2 level material so difficult but Miho's teaching skills always puts me at ease. I really like how she explains words I don't know in ways I can understand easily and she never makes me feel bad if I don't quite understand something. I have been taking Japanese lessons in Japanese for a very long time and her way of explaining new words is the best.
