My name is Amir, I’m from Siracusa in eastern Sicily. I'm an Italian native speaker, I can fluently speak English and some French (working on Japanese, Arabic and Turkish). I’ve been studying languages for some years now and during my university studies I’ve been teaching English and Italian to foreign students with great results. I think that the language learning process is still considered as something too hard and not accessible for everyone, but I love proving people wrong.Che tipo di insegnante sono
Now I’ve been into languages for some years and met many language learners with different ages, native languages and attitudes. I’m very flexible, curious, patient and careful to understand the difficulties and needs of the students. I'm very supportive and I get excited when I see improvements and determination. Have no fear of doing mistakes because, as you probably heard already, it’s through them that we learn what is right and, above all, what is wrong. My teaching method is a well structured and consistency based one. No matter what your starting level is, I will provide you with resources, study material and grammar explanations based on your current knowledge so that we can advance step by step to the point where you’ll be able to feel comfortable and have a good grasp of what you have learned so far. Specifically, I will focus on language structure, pronunciation, basic grammar and vocabulary building. For intermediate or advanced speakers we will practice more advanced grammars, conversation, reading, common and useful expressions of daily life.Il mio materiale didattico

Amir is an exceptional tutor. He's extremely kind, patient, friendly, effective and very thorough when I don't understand something. He really cares about you succeeding in your studies.
