Chienyu Lin

I have tried several teachers in my last 18 months or so of study, and I can absolutely say that Chienyu is one of the most delightful people I have had the pleasure of speaking to – teacher or otherwise. Conversation with her is natural, entertaining, educational, and is always filled with warmth, positivity, and humour. From our first lesson, Chienyu has excelled at finding the exact level of Mandarin at which I am comfortable speaking, while being able to push me out of my comfort zone in a way that is both satisfying and challenging. I honestly can't recommend Cheinyu enough.

CHIENYU 老師很耐心，很容易交談。 她糾正了我的錯誤。 她的解釋也很清楚！ 她也是一個很有趣的人！ 謝謝 Chienyu is a very caring a patient teacher who is very easy to talk to! She mixes conversation with mistake correction and explains grammar clearly! She's also a very interesting person with good stories! Thank you teacher!

好久沒上課了，但老師還是很有耐心，很友善。老師總是很棒！ 謝謝！ I'd not taken a lesson in over a year, but as always the teacher is kind and patient and of course a very very good teacher! Many thanks again! William

Anyone that has taken a class with teacher Lin by now knows she is the best! Well prepared, organized, helpful, supportive and her classes are a blast. Unfortunately she likes 皮蛋 😂, but everything else is just awesome :)

I have been taking lessons with 林老師 for a very long time now, and I can honestly say she's an amazing teacher! She's always happy to adapt the lessons to my needs and we have very interesting and random conversations. I'm always in a good mood after finishing my lesson with her 😁 謝謝老師！妳很棒！

I have now taken many lessons with her, and I'll keep taking lessons with her, because she's a great teacher! She's super patient and speaks at a level I can understand while introducing new words. She's also super flexible and let me decide how I want the lesson to run. She always has fun stories to tell you as well. I definitely recommend her!!
