My name is Svetlana. I am 31 years old. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, TV shows, and cartoons. One of my favorite hobbies is to read books or to write poetry.
Apart from Serbian, which is my native language, I also speak English and German, but I am learning Spanish and Russian.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I have teaching experience in German and Serbian languages, and I have taught children and adults. I have been working in Italki for more than 3 years. :) I would describe myself as a positive tutor who likes to help other non-native speakers of English, German, and Serbian languages. I use all the teaching methods such as TPR, engaging the students to participate actively, teaching them phonics, how to have a conversation with accurate grammar, and keeping their focus with fun and useful activities, as well as building a vocabulary for them to use in any situation and help their learning process and personal development.Il mio materiale didattico

I love lessons with Svetlana, every single lesson is super talkative, helpful and joyful! She makes me believe that I can learn and speak German from the scratch. And while my friends and teammates just do usual boring learning stuff, I speak everywhere I can without barrier, stress and inconvenience.

Svetlana is a great teacher, I definitelly have improved my german thanks to these classes. She always has a great energy during the class and a good teaching methodology, that's why I have already taken around 100 classes with her. Thanks :)

My first lesson with Svetlana was great. It was also my first German lesson, so I was nervous, but Svetlana quickly put me at ease. We talked about our common interests, and Svetlana filled in my vocabulary for me when I needed help. She was understanding, patient, and constructive. I look forward to our next lesson.
