We conversed about how my week. Andrii asks questions in russian to facilitate my description of work and recreation from the past week. I speak in russian and he supports me with words and phrases I don't know in russian.
We read a material in russian that he provides. When I study diligently I learn many new words through the supported reading activity we do.

Andy is super good at what he does. You won't regret booking your lessons. You can begin with zero knowledge and he will know how to guide you efficiently. He's good at explaining both the "official" way to say/write things, and (beyond the textbook) the common/native way to say/write certain things. Also very good at explaining grammar, syntax, word order, pronunciations, and intonations... The Russian language can be very complicated to learn without a teacher - Andy teaches you to recognize patterns that make all the rules simple/easier to digest. Highly recommend!
